At Mia Cherry we believe that everyone should work in a positive and understanding environment.
Core of our training is Listening Skills which is the most important part of any conversation. As simple as it sounds, it’s not just listening to the words someone is saying. There is a lot more to it hence not many people know or use this skill.
We’re passionate about developing and delivering training not only for managers and leaders but also for every employee so, everyone can play an important part in creating happy place.
Whether we like it or not, work is part of our life. There is no button to change program from home life to work life and so everything affects who we are, what we do and how we feel. Creating positive and understanding working environment should be number 1 priority for every business. Our instructors are constantly developing new people skills through training, self-development and available literature. We also tailor training and exercises for fit the environment so employees understand us better, instead of just using generic ‘one-for-all’ training.
